Our Guarantee

We will gladly accept returns & exchanges for products that were purchased directly through our website within 10 days of purchase date. Return/Exchange requests must be submitted through our online return page prior to 10 days of purchase, and a Baby Bummy order number must be provided in order to initiate a return. 

To make a return, please include a copy of your invoice or order confirmation inside your return package. Items must be returned neatly packaged, unworn/unwashed, and in re-sellable condition to receive a refund. If items miss the return window, are not neatly packaged, or are damaged/worn, we will not be able to process your return and items will be returned to you. Shipping charges are nonrefundable and return shipping charges are your responsibility. We recommend when shipping back a return, you use an insured, trackable shipping option.

**Please note, shipping fees will not be refunded that were paid by the customer when original order was placed.
